Comments:
After reading the NSPS proposal I am very concerned about the future of government employment. NSPS would work nicely if all supervisors were fair and personality conflicts did not exist. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I have worked for the federal government for 18 years. I am sorry to say this is not a perfect system and supervisors can be very unfair. NSPS gives too much power to supervisors and takes away employee rights. In the future, we will probably all be rated and rewarded for our golfing abilities and/or how many candy bars we buy from our supervisors' kids.
