Page 7561 (Reduction in band “ / or Conduct, there may be a reduction in basic pay within the limits specified in these proposed regulations and in DOD implementing issuances (not to exceed 10 percent, unless a larger reduction is needed” What if the employees makes minimum wage? If the employees pay is reduced it does not say his responsibilities will be reduced in accordance with his pay. Employee will be required to work harder for less pay If an employee works hard and comes in late that is a conduct issue you can reduce his pay by 10 percent.
