Does the new NSPS system take into consideration converting payband levels to military rank equivalents, e.g. GS-12 equals O-4 rank? It is imperative GS employees under the new NSPS system maintain a system recognition when working around DoD military operations. Chain of command and level of authority are all issues that revolve around a rank oriented structure. Your response is greatly appreciated.
