I am concerned about the change in the changes of the nsps, Particularly about the rif procedures, where seniority will no longer count. This just shows that the lawmakers, president clearly does not appreciate the years of service (25+) yrs that the majority of employees have given this country. /when they could have infact, gone to private sector and made more of an income. /where is the appreciation for these individuals also in giving supervisors, who are not always fair to decide if the should receive a pay increase. I can assure you that there will be alot of unfair appraisals due to the many personality conflicts. It is true there are non-performers, but I do not feel these changes will change the way supervisors see/view their employees. MOst are 'afraid' to write up these so called poor performers for fear of reprisal/eeo complaints. Please consider these comments when giving more power to supervisors.
