Agency: Department of Commerce, National Processing Center Docket ID: NSPS-2005-001 RIN #: 3206-AK76 Subpart A -- General Provisions Sec 9901.102(2)(c) Current federal laws should continue to cover any federal employee. The Secretary of DOD, is not above any federal law and should not be able to determine that employees under his command should no longer be afforded to same rights that other federal employees are protected by. The current system which covers federal employees, needs some changes and that is evident; but there should be no reasonable person that agrees with the idea that allowing one person the right to disturb the protections of 300,000 or more DOD employees is acceptable.
