Comments:
I have read many of the comments from my fellow works and have not read a positive one. I feel the new NSPS will cause problems in the work force in many different ways. I feel it will divide our team and everyone will be for themselves.Having one person control your pay and career does not seem a good idea and will do more harm than good. Also I would like to know where the money is coming from that will be used to reward the hard workers? It seems to me that after all the super workers and suck ups are paid there won't be any left for the people that do the work! Not everyone feels that the work places should be a conterst with winners and loosers! I have never bought a pig in a poke but this sure looks like one! I am against it!
