The administration, congress and senate should be ashamed of themselves, this program is only intended to bust the union and take away employees rights and benefits. This will be one of the most corrupt systems in the goverment used to reward friends. The better qualified people will either leave or attempt employment outside of DOD. In no way did the employees rights to bargain and maintain a fair complaint process hinder hinder national security. New systems bargaining and complaint system is fake and is geared to be completely in favor of management. The system is only as good as the people running it. You say you cannot handle poor performer with the old system and that the new system will fix all problems. The problem is managers are not doing their jobs and documenting problem employees. Everone wants to bitch about the system but in reality the system works just fine. Its the managers that sit on their duff let dead beat employees ride out their civilian jobs to retirement instead moving them out. MAKE THE SUPERVISOR DO THEIR JOB! ANEW SYSTEM WILL NOT MAKE THE SUPERVISOR SMARTING OR WILLING TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT A BAD EMPLOYEE. Pay Act Part C You tell us pay for performance is the way to go. Yet the goverment has pass a law to get the Goverment pay up tp the private sector and still deny goverment employees our pay. If Social Security is so great why isn't the senate and congress fall under this plan?
