I totally opposed with the NSPS Program. It should be fair also, that if management can be controlling with our pay and awards then it should be the same the other way or a way, that he or she can be graded. This is so unfair, its so unfair right now, it will just get worst later with us the lower ranking will have no one to turn too. Please reconsider. Thank you.
