None. Based on the summary provided by my local union representative, NSPS is [largely] a laughably obvious move to turn the Labor Management Relations clock back 100 years ...all under the ridiculous guise of "Homeland Security". Based on the current and past behavior of my organization' s management personnel, I can envision the high degree to which it will be abused and exploited. Being powerless, DOD's non-supervisory workforce can only hope that organized labor might somehow blunt the intended impact of final implementation.
