I don't see a section that addresses the military supervisor. If there is accountability, where is theirs shown? They are and have been some of the biggest abusers of the system and it looks like there will still be no way to hold them accountable for their actions/inactions! Will this supervisory item be added to their Fit Reps? Again I see no item addressing how the lump sum payments will be handled for TSP treatment. If there are only lump sums and no increase in base pay what happens to retirement computations for high 3? How will that be credited?
