Comments:
The NSPS system is not a system that should be implemented. Many of us that are fairly new to the system are tying to pursue a career with Civil Service, Civil Service was supposed to be a secure source employment or that was the idea. Our rights as a civil service employee have been stripped and no longer do we have those rights.
