Agency: Department of Commerce, National Processing Center Docket ID: NSPS-2005-001 RIN #: 3206-AK76 Subpart A -- General Provisions Sec 9901.104 Scope of Authority Instead of waiving or modifying the provisions in each of the 5 U.S.C Chapter, for just this one Department, why not modify the current chapters of 5 U.S.C. for all agencies in the federal government? Would this not help more than just DoD?
