Comments:
NSPS is an attempt to demoralize the civil service workforce and break the system so that the commercial corporations can take over. All in order to transfer public funds to private sector. This would make sense if it creates jobs but the reality is that they will consolidate operations and outsource fuctions overseas to reduce cost and increase their profit.
