It's very difficult for me to believe that the US Government would like to dictate to a percent of the US population that help pay their salary (I think that is where some of my tax money is distributed)! What were they thinking? Were they thinking? I thought the motto within the Government was "Say No To Drugs" - apparently whoever conjured up these new "regulations" for the rest of us forgot the motto! I also remember back a few years when there was such a thing as a "vote" - How come the people who will be affected by the implementation of these new "regulations" did not get a "vote" in an issue as adverse as this??? Last time I checked my address I do recall I was living in the USA!!!! Where did my freedom go???? All I can say at this point is I sure hope I have enough "pucker power" to kiss all the bottoms necessary in order to get a promotion - but hey, won't that be an easier task then actually putting in 8 work filled hours a day, producing a quality product to defend this country (I happen to love), and know each year I get a cost of living pay increase and a periodic step increase - for doing a good job????
