Comments:
The drive to revamp existing or outdated systems such as this is understood, however, as it seems today, the loopholes will still remain. It is supposedly aimed at being as fair as possible, but until more direct and specific details are spelled out, it can never be 100% fair. Employees would be more supportive of change if they felt decisions were being made that would encompass the well being of ALL versus those that will be able to work the system to their advantage. This new system needs to be put back on the chopping board until all the loose and unfair ends are expelled.
