"Extensive training will be given to supervisors and managers, with a focus on improving skills needed for effective performance management, such as setting clear expectations, communicating with employees, and linking individual expectations to the goals and objectives of the organization." Yeah, Right... they can barely keep up with their jobs now, with all the changes in technology, cutbacks and change in operations, they dont have or won't even take the time to give us our annual review. They're supposed to be doing all of those now, and they are not. What makes you think they will do them later. You can't teach old dogs new tricks, specially the bigot dogs with new powers. I'm a minority, I know what we're up against now and how NSPS is like feeding us to the dogs.
