Comments:
My biggest concern is the section of the proposal dealing with making DOD employees deployable. I did my time in the Army! I got deployed! The fact of the matter is the Secretary of Defense and the two writers of this piece of legislation are looking for some way to pass the buck on the FAILURE of contracting work out in a WAR ZONE! This is the same group of people trying to contract out functions within DOD. What a contradiction! While I love my country, if asked to choose between going to a War Zone and unemployment I think the choice is simple!
