Agency: Department of Commerce, National Processing Center Docket ID: NSPS-2005-001 RIN #: 3206-AK76 Subpart A -- General Provisions Sec 9901.105 Coordination with OPM part (c)(2-5) OPM has regulations in place for how things should happen and DoD and it's Secretary should not be allowed any special privileges over the rest of the federal government. OPM makes sure that all standard and occupational series are fair and equitably for all agencies and their employees.
