ppraisals. There is no provision to appraise your supervisor. If supervisor has attitude problem, or does not give the employee all the information, there is no provision to address. Recommend that private sector's (e.g American Express) policy of rating your supervisor should be ibcluded. At present the syste3m is based on Top down review, but a bottom up review of supervisors and managers should be included. This will identify Supervisor/Managers strengths and weaknesses as seen by the workers the Sipervisor/manager is supervising.
