Comments:
This NSPS must not be allowed to continue until all negotiations are completed with the labor unions. As a concerned American citizen and taxpayer, I am concerned with how my money is spent. The unions filed a suit and there must not be any changes until that suit is settled because if the court rule in the unions favor the process will have to start over and waste our tax dollars. Rumsfeld need to concentrate on figuring out how to equip our troops and get us out of Iraq and the rest of the conflict that need more attention that these stupid personnel change; wait until the country is in peace and downsizing again. DOD in the pentagon is just like our local supervisors, poor managers. And that is exactly why this system will not work and the outcome will be millions of taxpayers dollars wasted.
