Agency: Department of Commerce, National Processing Center Docket ID: NSPS-2005-001 RIN #: 3206-AK76 Subpart A -- General Provisions Sec 9901.105 Coordination with OPM part (7)(f) Any matter that requires OPM coordination arises, the Director of OPM should be involved not just given an opportunity to concur or nonconur with these actions. When the Director concurs or if he/she nonconcurs with the action, the Secretary should not just take it into account, the actions should be adjusted to comply with the reasons that Director sites. The Secretary is not all knowing of policies of OPM and can make bad decision just like every human being. The Directors decision should account for more than just a passing glance from the Secretary.
