Comments:
The Department of Defense will train all of its employees and managers on rights and responsibilities under NSPS to implement it. How much is that going to cost? We can't get adequate training funds now for our jobs. Isn't that going to divert what little funds are available for our jobs? Some of us use our own money for training that we really need. At this point, seems like we should just invest in training on the FINER POINTS OF KISSING A$S.
