What are the actual pay amount ranges for each pay band? Will there be a comment opportunity when these are decided once local market supplements are included? Setting and Adjusting Rate Ranges How will someone be able to reach full performance and senior expert pay bands? Will it be competitive, or do you automatically become part of that pay band once you’ve received enough raises to put you into the next higher pay band? Rating Methodology The pay pools described could be composed of many different types of people, are the ones for USACE SPN going to be our designated sections? Will there be a justification of why supervisors chose to award certain employees?
