Comments:
The information provided indicates that no changes will occur in our CSRS retirement/benefits. Is this really true? I am a NAF gapper who has 7 years that still do not count for retirement because of arcane rules from the 1970's. Call me paranoid, but I don't want to have to be vested again in another retirement sytem or lose the 27 years I have in CSRS.
