Agency: Department of Commerce, National Processing Center Docket ID: NSPS-2005-01 RIN #: 3206-AK76 Subpart A -- General Provisions Sec. 9901.312 Maxium Rates The Secretary (only) should not be the one who decides or establishes the limitations on maxium rates of basic pay and aggregate pay for employees. The Director of OPM should also be involved in this process as to make sure that these maxium rates are fair and equitable across the board for each grade and series of employees.
