Comments:
The following thought sums up my feeling regarding the proposed new pay system. 1. It is just another system to take away rights of us civil servants. 2. All this system is does is allow management to run roughshod over DOD employees as they see fit regardless of how it detrimental it is to us. The mission and the job of DOD is being done by dedicated employees that work with a lack of resources and pay. The system is not broken and the new system will accomplish the opposite of what the propaganda states.
