Please explain exactly how changing to the NSPS supports and plays such a critical role in the national security mission. Also, let's hope that the training civilians are supposed to get on NSPS is better quality than the briefings that have occurred so far. The person from OPM who came to our base to answer questions wasn't prepared at all. She answered every question by saying, "That hasn't been worked out yet." or "We don't know the details." Is she one of these NSPS high quality performers?
