I am a Vietnam Veteran and I have 36 years service. Through my military time and my civil service time, I have served my country proudly. The decision makers for the NSPS appear to have the same mentality of the leaders during the Vietnam War that would not allow the American troops to fire back to opposing troops without permission from higher headquarters. I believe this system is pitiful and unfair to all federal employees who are working diligently to support our freedom fighters. Please stop this nonsense now, and support the civil servants by not allowing the NSPS to go into effect.
