Comments:
Federal employees could be assigned anywhere in the world, even in a war zone. I am proud to serve my country but I also need to care for my family and have personal obligations at home. I signed up for a civilian job, I did not enlist in the military. DoD employees are not the enemy, the terrorist that hit the World Trade Center are the emeny. The new schedules and overtime makes it very difficult for working parents. The Pay for Performance means if the supervisor is my friend I will get a raise, if not so what.
