Section 9901.405 Add paragraph 9901.405(b)(7) Biennially report compliance with Equal Opportunity Employment requirements to FLRA, NSLRB and OPM. Information necessary to comply with EEO principles will not be available without monitoring and reporting. Evaluation and reporting of EEO compliance will enable DOD activities to identify and respond appropriately to unintended disparities in compensation of protected groups.
