Section 9901.914. Add paragraph 9901.914(c) Labor organizations shall have the authority to bargain with managemant on local working conditions of members and nonmembers in the bargaining unit. This paragraph is necessary to prevent deteriorating workplace environment and reduction in workplace safety. Feedback to management at local activities is necessary to redirect funds necessary to maintain a satisfactory work environment and maintain and attract quality employees.
