Agency: Department of Commerce, National Processing Center Docket ID: NSPS-2005-001 RIN #: 3206-Ak76 Subpart F -- Workforce Shaping Section 9901.609 Reduction in frocce notices The Federal Employees Almanac state what content will be placed in the written notice to employees, this section just allows the Department to 'prescribe' the content of the notice. The employees of DoD deserve better treatment than they are being offered in this new system. No branch of the federal government should become above the law or br authorized to right their own laws. This new personnel system has allowed DoD to create basically whatever laws deemed necessary by the Secretary to promote the National Security Mission.
