What a terrible system, I can't believe that it's even being considered. I've been with the Federal Service for over 30 years and have never been rated on an evaluation below acceptable. Now it seems that all the years I've loyally served this country will mean nothing in a RIF if an employee with 3 years service is given a better eval than I am the year before the RIF. HOW UNFAIR IS THAT!!!!!! If RUMSFELD was rated on his less than stellar performance we would have been rid of his DEAD ASS long ago.
