Subpart C--Pary and Pay Administration--pg 7580 I was expecting to see the pay bands with salaries. How can I comment on pay banding when I can't see the salary ranges for each band, how it is set up, and which band and salary I am making? Personally, as an employee I feel we should be able to see the specific information, not this vague overview, to make our comments. Then again, this entire document is intentionally vague, so it can be twisted to fit a certain political party and DoD's upper management self-serving goals in the future. Jeers to DoD for not trusting your employees to have intelligent input into the management of their own careers or to function as the professionals they are.
