Comments:
I have no faith in my supervisor to be fair in evaluating or rewarding his employees. We had a Command Brief on NSPS and he did not bother to attend it. I know from experience that any training on this subject will be ignored by him. He has a small group of favored employees and they will be the ones rewarded. I work the night shift. My supervisor works day shift. I rarely see him and he has no idea what I do or don't do on any given day. There is no interaction or feedback. My midpoint evaluation was meaningless. He is completely unqualified to make any judgement of my performance.
