I can't believe that after the NSPS is in affect you think it is fair for senority to NOT be a factor in wage increases and to help you be considered for promotions. It should not be one person's decision on whether you get a pay increase or not! If it isn't broke don't fix it attitude should have been considered when the NSPS is trying to replace the system that we already have. I think someone is trying to hide the facts of what will happen because of the vagueness of the NSPS. If you think we should accept it............. then EXPLAIN IT !!!!!!!! I didn't join the army when I started working for the Government and I don't think we should be treated as such. I don't want the NSPS to control my job at all...........Thank you very much and I will be writing my Congressman and if they don't do something, it will affect my vote when it is time to re-elect them.
