Comments:
I attended Ms. Patricia Adams address of Norfolk Naval Shipyard employees on March 1, 2005. My opinion after listening to her comments and the question and answer session, was that it is far too early to implement the NSPS program. Much more preparation is required to train management, as well as customize a program that will be applicable to personnel in a shipyard environment.
