Comments:
The proposed NSPS should be abolished and the system that is in effect should stand as is. As an individual who will be able to retire soon finds that it is tremendous burden on the workforce. This system does not give the employees the respect, courtesy and fairness to them. It is an HUGE slap in the face. One feels that the rights of workers have been taken away. The proposed system opens up the gates to UNFAIRNESS in many forms. For your hard work, dedication, loyalty and teamwork will be No More. No increase in pay - No Security - No Personnel Satisfaction in knowing that you are doing an significant ang gratifying work for the mission.
