- Checks / balances to protect from management abuses are not clear. - Seniority s/b equal w/performance to avoid management abuse in RIF actions. - W/o equal seniority consideration, favoritism will enter into judgement of performance in RIF actions - Minimum Evaluation period for supervisor? - When are raises implemented? - Without automatic salary increases, management personalities could have greater impact on raises - New Supervisor in middle of or toward end of evaluation period could effect evaluation and / or raise
