Comments:
I'm very concerned about the change to the NSPS. The new system would open the opporunity for a culture of cronyism that the GS system makes difficult. Government is not Business. The goals, rules, and systems of each is different. Common sense should tell us that perhaps a business-oriented personnel system isn't the best fit for a non-business.
