Comments:
I believe the intent of the NSPS to be a good idea but think that it falls short on almost every measure. The government is top heavy with managers, supervisors and paper pushers, but instead of addressing this problem someone decided that the workers weren't doing a good enough job so lets crack the whip. I feel that if NSPS is implemented in its present form that labor relations will step back 50 years. I am all for being competetive and feel that hard work and pride in your job should be rewarded. I know that a better solution is out there it may just take a little more thought. I strongly believe that the employees should be given some thought as a priority and not just the mission.
