I don't say much, or complain much about my job. I've had other jobs and realize government workers are treated very well and always have been. We have it much better than most. But, why fix something that's not broke. I've gone along 20 years without worrying about someone messing with my job. Sure I've been rifted, reassigned, and relocated but I could always depend on my paycheck keeping up with the economy. I don't want anyone changing the system when it comes to my pay. Taking away the cost of living increase is just ridiculous, especially with times the way they are. It would be different if gas prices didn't fluctuate so much. Every year prices increase on everything. We live in a world where everything is based on money. Everyone is out to get that almighty dollar. Why not just leave things alone. I say no to the new pay system. That's my money, I earn it, I should have been asked if I wanted a change in the first place.
