Appears government employee is being railroaded again. They are forcing a new unprovren system that will cost the government employee money and aggravation. Still many parts of the new system are not known. The government has spent millions of dollars, for what???? The new system should have been temporaily in place as as "TEST" for a min of 3 years, before going across the board. I am sure with any new system, many errors could have been corrected during this 3 year test. Why isn't there a guarrenteed Cost of Living increase????? Every government employee should be able to keep the same living standard as a minimum.
