I have questions vs. comments regarding the new NSPS. 1. When will pay bands be provided to review career groups/pay? 2. Will position descriptions still exist? 3. How will this affect retirement since high 3 was determined under GS rating and step? 4. How do we promote to other positions and/or apply for other positions? 5.
