I do not believe supervisors will fairly rate employee performance. My supervisor plays favorites without the system. He is not fair so how would the new system improve his ability to evaluate? I work on Mountain Home AFB, this base is all about who you know that what you know...favorites get the good jobs and pay and then others are hired to do the work! My supervisor can not be non-biased, I don't believe this will be a fair system.
