Comments:
The only thing I can see is - this is a return to the 'good old boy system'. Everything that has been achieved for minorities in the sprit of fairness will go by the road side. There does not seem to be a balance of checks included (i.e. unions) to ensure all is fair. I understand at the start all will be scrutinized and studied to make sure all is fair. That will soon disappear and rights/values will soon change and not for the better. I have seen this happen with the current system when it comes to education. There will be good, effective and knowledgeable people stepped over because they are perceived erroneously.
