I have reviewed what is purported to be the new personnel regulations on your web site. In fact, it is nothing more than an outline for a regulation. As al;ways, the "Devil is in the Details", so how can anyone subject to the new regulation make an intelligent comment about it if the details are not available? You need to reset your timeline so that the folks have an honest 30 days to comment. This is not an honest 30 days. Bruce Taylor
