I cannot point to one single item. In my honest opinion this is a total piece of garbage. Just a Union Busting document thru and thru. Taking away any rights we enjoyed,and turned the DOD into a Wal Mart partner in Teamwork this phrase has been used by management to get thier way,NO matter how they do it! A lot of disney like thinkers have sold the employee's down the river for good. After 18 years of working for the DOD, All I have to say is SHAME on YOU!!!!!!
