Comments:
I have 28 years in at Hill AFB and am a GS worker, I am seriously concerned about my future at Hill. I am the only woman where I am working and will be the first one out of a job because I am also a union steward and am looked down upon on because of both . My supervisor is a military person who does not think women belong in the work force and I have had to fight for my apprasials every year. This new NSPS will give him just enough ammunition to down grade me or worse. Ii am a single mom with a house payment and will loose my house and career with this. I have no other family members to fall back on to support me and need my job. I will need the bargaining rights to keep me going. This is unacceptable for most of the work force at Hill. We have lots of single parent families and look forward to their income to support their families.
