High Performance,Fiscally Sound,Discipilinary and Appeals. All of these are effected by the Good Old Boys actions ,if one of these fellows dislike's you your out of luck. Also dealing with budgets and a bonus "some receive onewhile others don't no matter how hard you work some Good Old Boy winds up with your share! This Sustem Sucks!!!!
